Riding Through the Storm: My Fight Back to Fitness on the Tour de France : Riding Through the Storm is the powerful account of recently retired footballer Geoff Thomas's fight for his life - his grueling battle through a year of chemotherapy; his determination to pull through for his family. After being told that his leukemia is in remission, Geoff raised the prospect of riding the full twenty-one stages of the 2005 Tour de France in order to raise money for leukemia research.
