Finding Hope in the Age of Melancholy : In the middle of his life, journalist David S. Awbrey was smugly celebrating the accomplishment of all his worldly dreams-to become editorial page editor of a major Midwestern paper-when suddenly and without warning he plummeted into a hellish depression.
