Returning a Regular Order

  1. All of our books have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Our Customer Service department will determine if a price adjustment or refund is warranted. We do not accept returns without a Customer Service Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization (RAN) and to check on the status of any items being returned to us.
