Calling Home : Everyone thinks Peter's best friend, Mead, has disappeared. Only Peter knows the truth, that Mead is dead and Peter is to blame. Mead's mother is frantic. His father is sick, certainly too sick to learn the truth. So Peter calls Mead's parents and impersonates their son. As he goes to school, sees his girlfriend, and hangs out with their old friends, the guilt about what he has done tortures Peter. But if would be much worse to confess - wouldn't it?
